(msn) has aerial and topo views for most any where in the United
States. This is the opening page. Use Advance Find for locations such
as Foresthill, CA, northeast of Auburn, CA.. If you know the precise
longitude/latitude, There is also an option for same. This is an
excellent free topo/aerial source for previewing road routes to and
geography of prospecting locations. This site allows you to designate a
nearby location and scroll to your target. I suggest that you use this
url/site while it remains free. There is another very similar url from
MSN that shows for a fee such items as the effects of recent floods and
earthquakes.

- Malakoff
Diggings State Historic Park of California, USA. Malakoff Diggings was
one of the major hydralic dredging sites of the Mother Lode. Malakoff
drained into the Yuba system. It is located and open to the public off
Highway 49 North of Grass Valley/Nevada City and is geographically
north of the South Yuba Recreational Area. This is a remaining link to the site. Don't know if the main site will returm, but here is listed some other interesting sites.

criminal proceedings against the top two for the 16-1. This mine is
still operational and for a quite substantial fee you can enjoy
whatever tour that you can afford. .
